My name is Dave Mihalik and this is a blog chronicling my daily technology endeavors. I am not a fanboy of any particular company or technology, I just like to figure out solutions to make stuff easier to use.
In my day job, I work as a consultant performing many different IT related tasks including system administration and database programming.
I am the author of the book Program Phases, a Programming Language and API Translator which focuses on programming idioms illustrated in 20+ programming language/API combinations.
At home, I am an avid gaming and media center hobbyist.
